In order for contacts to merge from WGS to Full Time, the club must be affiliated.
Any named "Manager, coach or assistant" will rollover as a team contact within Full Time once the affiliation form has been approved.
After the affiliation has been approved, clubs can add in additional contacts by going to Club Officials on the Club Portal and adding in "Team Secretary's" for each age group.
ALL ROLES WILL REMAIN IN THE SYSTEM AND DO NOT NEED TO BE ADDED IN EACH SEASON.
Once the contact has merged across, leagues will need to set up SMS contacts by going to SMS > Teams > Add new for any that are missing, and send out login invites via. People > List People > edit (next to relevant person) > Send login invite.
They will also have needed to verify their email address via. Email > Email Address Verification.
