Club portal - No teams or incorrect teams showing when adding player to team

We are aware of reports that the team age group for teams is showing correctly on the teams tab, however when assigning a player to the team it is showing the previous years age group which can result in no teams showing. 

This is being investigated and any updates will be posted below.
