Payments Portal - CSV Report not working
We are aware of an issue currently with the CSV Report on the payments portal not working correctly. When downloading the report, it will display a blank Excel document with no player details.
The team are currently looking into this and any updates will be provided when we receive them.
Although the annual fees report seems ok, the pay as you play report is incomplete. not much use to clubs trying to chase up money owed.
