Payments Portal - CSV Report not working

We are aware of an issue currently with the CSV Report on the payments portal not working correctly. When downloading the report, it will display a blank Excel document with no player details. 


The team are currently looking into this and any updates will be provided when we receive them.

  • Although the annual fees report seems ok, the pay as you play report is incomplete. not much use to clubs trying to chase up money owed.
