Adding 16 year old's to Open Age Teams

We are aware of an issue at the moment where players that have turned 16 since 1st January 2023 cannot be added to Open Aged teams, even though this should be allowed. 

This is currently under investigation and we are hopeful of a fix being released by the end of February. 

These should be submitted to the County FA or ourselves to add to the teams until the fix is released.
