Error Message: No Access To Event/Sessions For All Users - 27th October 2022

Currently, there is an issue on the Events Platform where users/providers across all programmes are unable to access their event and sessions.


We believe this is being caused due to a problem with Pitchfinder and its locations. Venues, locations and postcodes are part of the session and event details, hence why this is causing errors. The application section which contains venue information is also affected.


The IT team are working on this and the necessary people are aware. We hope to have a resolution soon.
