IMPORTANT: You can only add/update a player's photo if they are not League registered. If a player is league registered and you need to update their photo, please contact your County FA.

Desktop Version

1. Clubs can add or update the photo of a player in their club. You will need to find the player in the list of 'All Players' on your clubs portal. You can use the filters and the search bar to help you find specific players if you have a large club. 

2. Click into the player, and select 'Edit Player'.

3. Click on 'Change Photo'.

 4. Then click on 'Browse' to find the photo to add. 

NOTE: Only a head and shoulders photo will be accepted. The technology will recognize if the photo is not head and shoulders, and reject it if not.

 5. After you have selected the photo you will need to scroll down and click on 'Confirm changes', if you don't the new photo will not be saved.

Mobile Version

2. Click into the player, and select 'show actions' down the bottom and then click 'edit player'

3. Click on 'Change Photo'.

4. Click add photo. This will allow you to select the players photo

5. Then click on 'save and crop' 

NOTE: Only a head and shoulders photo will be accepted. The technology will recognize if the photo is not head and shoulders, and reject it if not.

 6. After you have selected the photo you will need to scroll down and click on 'Confirm changes', if you don't the new photo will not be saved.
