You can easily opt-in or out of receiving communications from The FA within The FA's website. Please see below for video guidance or scroll further down for a written walk-through
1. Go to: myaccount.thefa.com
2. If you're not already signed in then you will be taken to the below page inviting you to login. You can either sign in using your existing account or use "Sign Up" option if your email address doesn't already have an account.

3. Once logged in, click "Preferences" within the menu
4. Please then tick the box to opt-in or un-tick the box to opt-out
5. You are then able to select exact marketing emails you would like to receive from the below options if you opted in.
6. Below you are then able to select/deselect County FA Preferences
