There are a couple of things to look out for when troubleshooting somebody who cannot access the Whole Game System using their email address and password.
STEP 1: REMOVING DUPLICATE EMAIL ADDRESSES:
1. Ask the user for their email address they intend to log in with.
2. Use the advanced find below to locate if that email address is associated with any accounts:
3. If the email address is located on multiple FAN numbers then it will need to be removed from all other FAN's, there is two steps to this
a) Go to CAS and remove the email address from the persons profile
b) Go to CRM and remove the email address from the persons profile
Both stages must be complete or else the email will re-integrate back over from CAS.
